Product introduction and principle

Deoxidation of iron scraps in the deoxidation method has the characteristics of simple equipment, simple operation, small capital investment and low operating cost. As long as the shortcomings such as unstable deoxidation effect of iron scraps and the need for regular activation are overcome, it is actually an industrial boiler. an ideal deoxidation method. Mechanism of filtration deoxidization at room temperature: The sponge iron particles produced by patented technology are mainly composed of iron. Its loose and porous internal structure provides a surface area 5-10 times that of ordinary iron filings, which can make the oxygen and iron in the water rapidly increase. A thorough oxidation reaction occurs to stabilize the dissolved oxygen in the water below 0.05mg/L. The reaction formula is:

2Fe+2H2O+O2→2Fe(OH)2

2Fe(OH)2+H2O+1/2O2→2Fe(OH)3

The reaction product can be washed with a certain intensity of backwash water (about 5 minutes). The consumption of sponge iron is very low. According to the difference in the amount of treated water and water quality, it is usually enough to replenish it once every 3-6 months. A small amount of iron ions (usually 0.2-0.5mg/L) has been added to the water after deoxygenation, which still meets the national water quality standards for hot water boilers. However, for steam boilers or feed water deaeration that has strict requirements for water Fe2+, iron removal can be installed after the existing deaerator to remove Fe2+ in the effluent of the deaerator to ensure the quality of boiler feed water. Normal temperature filter deaerator can be divided into automatic control and manual control.
