Principle of UV sterilization

紫外线杀菌器安装注意点:
1.紫外线杀菌器应水平安装,(也可立式安装,采购前要说明情况);
2.紫外线杀菌器筒体不得承受外部压力;
3.紫外线杀菌器应安装在水箱或水塔的出口处,若水量大、水压高或管网过长时则以安装在接近用户的输水干(支)管上为佳;
4.从紫外线杀菌器的两端想外延伸,应分别留有1.2米,0.5米的空间,以便于更换灯管,紫外线杀菌器控制面板前应留0.6米的无障碍空间,以便于维修;
5.无论选用一台或多台紫外线杀菌器并联,均应安装旁通管路和截止阀,以便于维修。
6.合理的选择安装位置,注意电控部分的防水、防潮。
7.按名牌标识的电压、功率选择电源插座、导线或接线板连接;
8.石英玻璃管及紫外线灯管均属于贵重易碎品,在运输、安装、使用中应避免磕碰。
紫外线杀菌器使用注意事项:
1.紫外线灯管在使用中发出的紫外线辐射有损伤细胞功能,请勿直接照射眼睛和皮肤;
2.当无水通过紫外线杀菌器,请将其电源切断。
3.灯管是易碎品,请轻拿轻放,避免破碎。
4.使用前需检查石英套管有无破裂,如已破裂则不能使用;
5.使用时要用带漏电保护开关的电源;
6.使用水压0.63Mpa。
紫外线杀菌器的维护和保养
1.定期检查设备运行状态,及时发现并排除故障;
2.定期清洗设备,当有需要时,可用适合的清洁剂(如玻璃清洁剂)清洗石英套管,但要小心避免刮花石英套管,以保证理想透光率;
3.当紫外灯使用8000小时后要考虑更换,保证理想杀菌效果;
如长期不使用本设备,请将紫外线灯管和石英套管从紫外线杀菌器内取出包装好,并将紫外线杀菌器内部的积水清干,一起存放在包装盒内,妥善保管。
