According to the different constant pressure forms of heating and air-conditioning water systems, it can be divided into three constant pressure modes: constant pressure of expansion tank, constant pressure of air pressure tank and constant pressure of variable frequency make-up pump.
1. Determination of system water capacity Vc
The hourly leakage of the circulating water system should be calculated as 1% of the system water capacity.
The air-conditioning water system for cooling and heating using air conditioners can be estimated according to Table 1, and the larger value should be taken when the outdoor pipeline is long.
2. The water replenishment point of the circulating water system should be located on the suction side parent pipe of the circulating water pump; when the replenishment pressure is lower than the pressure at the replenishment point, a replenishment pump should be installed.
3. Selection of make-up pump
a. The lift is 30~50kpa higher than the pressure at the water supply point of the system;
b. The total hourly flow should be 5% of the system water capacity;
c. When the system is large, two pumps should be set up, one is usually used, and two pumps are running at the same time during initial water supply or emergency water supply (generally two water supply pumps are set)
4. Pressure requirements at constant pressure point
The constant pressure point should be set on the suction side of the circulating water pump.
1) For a water system with a circulating water temperature of 60℃<t≤95℃, the pressure at the high point of the system is preferably 10kpa higher than the atmospheric pressure;
2) In the water system with circulating water temperature t≤60℃, the pressure at the high point of the system is preferably 5kpa higher than the atmospheric pressure.
