1. Use and maintenance of salt shakers

2. Use and maintenance of soft tanks
It is a key sealing equipment in the process of softening water preparation. It is made of stainless steel and glass fiber and is equipped with a certain amount of cation exchange resin. Its main function is that when the raw water passes through the resin layer, the cation resin reacts in the water to reduce calcium in the water. , magnesium ions, to provide users with industrial softened water in line with national standards.
3. Selection of resin
The general principle for selecting resins is to choose resins with larger exchange capacity. Resins with high mechanical strength, uniform particles and good heat resistance must be selected. When choosing the resin for the positive bed, the wet true density is different, but it must be a strong acid resin.
The pretreatment of the new resin contains a large amount of raw materials and impurities, and the reaction product is incomplete. When the resin is in contact with water, acid, alkali or other solutions, these impurities will enter the solution, thereby polluting the quality of the wastewater and affecting the process performance and service life of the resin, so the new resin must be pretreated before use.
