1. The O-ring at the junction of the central pipe and the fully automatic softening control valve does not form a seal. At this time, it should be checked:
(1) Whether the length of the central tube is sufficient and whether the outer diameter meets the requirements.
(2) Did you forget to install the O-ring?
(3) Whether the O-ring seal is damaged.
(4) Whether the central tube is damaged or cracked.
2. The ratio of the raw water hardness index value to the height of the ion exchange resin layer is too large, and the water hardness of the primary sodium ion exchanger is required to be <8mmol/L.
3. The demineralized water runs too fast. It is strictly forbidden to work at the maximum flow rate allowed by the equipment for a long time. Note: GB/T18300 stipulates that the operating flow rate of the downstream regeneration fixed bed is 20-30m/h, and the upper limit is the instantaneous maximum value. It is strictly forbidden to work at this flow rate for a long time.
4. There is a large amount of gas in the resin tank, which may come from the air in the water supply, or the air check valve is not closed tightly during the slow cleaning process.
5. Large grain industrial soft water salt is not used.
6. The internal leakage of the fully automatic softened water control valve is hard: when the internal leakage of the general control valve is hard, the softened water outlet and the waste water outlet often come out at the same time.
